FAQ

Are my recordings uploaded anywhere?

No. ZoomReel records, edits and exports entirely inside your browser. The only network request it makes is to check a Pro license key with our payment provider.

Which browsers are supported?

Google Chrome on desktop (version 116 or later).

How do I activate Pro?

After purchase you receive a license key by email. Open the ZoomReel editor, go to the Plan section and paste the key into the license field. One key works on up to 3 devices.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If ZoomReel Pro doesn’t work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See the Terms.

Who processes the payment?

Purchases are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also takes care of sales tax and VAT.
